- How much does PlayServe cost?
- ₱999 per month per facility, with unlimited courts. Booking, Open Play, payments, daily payouts, a free marketing site, and support are all included. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
- What counts as a paid add-on?
- Premium modules on top of the base plan: memberships, tournaments with DUPR, commerce (POS & kitchen), entrance passes, email & SMS marketing, AI marketing, multi-date booking, vouchers & slot promotions, coaches & lessons, and Telegram integration. Switch any of them on when your venue needs them — they're priced per venue during your demo.
- Are transaction fees included in the price?
- PlayServe adds no per-booking surcharge — our cut per booking is ₱0. Payment processor fees (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, card gateway) pass through at cost, and you choose whether to pass the convenience fee on to players or absorb it.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee for standard onboarding. If your migration needs custom work (large player-list import, multi-venue consolidation, white-label branding), we quote that separately.
- Is there a free trial?
- Not a self-service trial. Instead, we run a free 30-minute online demo on your actual use case — if PlayServe fits, we set up your first two weeks with full onboarding before any commitment.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Month-to-month, no lock-in, cancel through your account. Your data export is available on request.
- Do you offer a discount for multi-venue operators?
- Yes. Operators running multiple venues under one brand get a multi-venue discount, scoped per added venue. Discuss during the demo.
