Referral questions, answered
- When do I start earning?
- When the venue you referred pays its first bill. The free trial doesn't count.
- What counts?
- Their monthly or yearly subscription bill, including extra courts and partial months. Only venues on Basic, Business or Enterprise count; Starter venues don't. SMS top-ups and tournament fees don't.
- How long?
- Every month they keep paying. No end date, no cap.
- Can I get cash?
- Credit comes off your PlayServe bill. Venues billed yearly get it paid out monthly by bank transfer.
- What if they leave or get refunded?
- Credit stops; credit from a refunded payment is taken back.
- Can I refer my own second venue?
- No. Referrals are for venues owned by someone else.
