Sign-up questions, answered
- Is signing up a commitment or contract?
- No. Registering your venue just tells us about your courts so the demo is tailored to you. Ticking a plan is optional and not binding — you only pay after the demo, if it fits.
- What if my courts aren't built yet?
- Sign up anyway and mark your venue as under construction or planning. Many venues set up PlayServe before opening day so bookings, rates, and payments are live the moment courts open.
- What does PlayServe cost?
- Two ways to pay. Basic is ₱999 per month per facility, for up to 3 courts, with no fee on cash bookings. Starter is a one-time ₱4,999 with no monthly fee, plus ₱10 per court hour on cash and walk-in bookings. Both include court booking, Open Play, a basic POS and inventory, staff users, GCash/Maya/QR Ph/card payments and a website. Memberships, tournaments, POS Pro and marketing are optional paid add-ons, priced during a free online demo.
- Should I pick Starter or Basic?
- Count your cash, manual and walk-in court hours. Starter charges ₱10 for each one, so past about 100 cash court hours a month Basic's ₱999 costs less. If most of your players book and pay online, Starter's one-time ₱4,999 is the cheaper way in. You can move to Basic later and keep your courts, bookings and players.
- Why do you ask for my rates and socials?
- Your hourly rate and pages help us prepare a demo on your actual setup — real courts, real prices, real booking flows — instead of a generic walkthrough. They're optional.
- How long does onboarding take after the demo?
- Most venues go live within days: we configure your courts, rates, and payment channels (GCash, Maya, cards), and your staff gets a short hands-on orientation.
