- What makes a venue a PlayServe partner?
- Partner venues run their bookings, open play, and payments on PlayServe. You get your own booking site at yourvenue.playserve.app plus a listing among the partner venues on playserve.co.
- Is applying a commitment?
- No. The application just tells us about your courts so we can set you up properly. PlayServe is month-to-month with no lock-in, and we quote your total after we talk.
- What if my courts aren't built yet?
- Apply anyway and mark your venue as under construction or planning. Many venues set up PlayServe before opening day so bookings, rates, and payments are live the moment courts open.
- How long does the review take?
- Two business days. If anything's missing we email you before the call, and you can reply with your reference number.
- What does PlayServe cost?
- ₱999 per month per facility, with unlimited courts. That includes court booking, staff users, GCash/Maya/QR Ph/card payments, daily payouts, a free marketing site, and support. Premium features like Open Play, memberships, tournaments, and POS are optional paid add-ons — priced during a free online demo.
