Built courtside in Dumaguete City

PlayServe is made by a small team based in Dumaguete City — home to one of the country's densest pickleball communities and often called the pickleball capital of the Philippines. We build venue software a few minutes from the courts that use it.

Why Dumaguete matters

We didn't study pickleball venues from a distance — we're at them. The open play nights, the queue arguments, the GCash screenshots in group chats, the notebook that doubles as a booking system: that's the daily reality PlayServe replaces, because it was our daily reality too.

Being close to the game's business side shapes what we build. Venue owners here talk to us about court utilization, session pricing, and F&B margins — so PlayServe handles bookings, open play, queues, POS, and payments as one operation, the way a venue actually runs.

PlayServe is a StratBit product, founded in 2025. We support venues across the Philippines in English and Filipino, on Philippine hours.
