Connect a Google account and PlayServe keeps a calendar inside it current within about a minute, colour-coded by event type, with unpaid holds marked tentative. Or publish a private subscription link that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook all read — including one link per court so each gets its own colour. Bookings carry the customer's name, phone, email, and reference, plus a link back to PlayServe. The sync runs one way, so your bookings stay the source of truth, and amounts never leave the platform. - How fast does a new booking reach my calendar?
- About a minute if you connect your Google account. A subscription link refreshes on your calendar app's own schedule, usually every few hours, which Google does not let anyone speed up.
- Does it work with Apple Calendar and Outlook?
- Yes, through the subscription link — it is a standard iCalendar feed. The one-click account connection is Google-only.
- Can I edit a booking from my calendar app?
- No. The sync runs one way out of PlayServe, so changes made in a calendar app are overwritten on the next pass. Bookings stay the source of truth.
